Chanel vs Louis Vuitton Compact Wallet Comparison

Chanel vs Louis Vuitton Compact Wallet Comparison

Small wallets have been on my mind lately.

I really like my LV Anae wallet. It's all I need and nothing more -- super slim, with a compartment for cash folded up, a compartment for ~5 cards, and the mahina leather is pretty. I just feel like it won't age well -- I anticipate the flap to bend after a while, and I'm wary of those LV glazed edges (long time followers remember what happened to my beloved Parnassea Alma. YES, I'm still salty.)

I've been eyeing up the Chanel flap card holder -- the one with a divider that separates the interior into two sections. It might be the next thing added to my 2018 luxury wishlist... (By the way, the way Chanel names its wallets and card holders drives me nuts. There are about 10 different styles that are all called more or less, "Card Holder.")

For my fellow compact wallet lovers, here's a video I made comparing my current collection of small and compact luxury wallets: the Chanel zip coin case, LV Anae coin purse, and LV Zippy Multicartes. What's your favorite? And do you have any compact wallet recommendations for me?
